1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the website https://boricva.online (“the site”), operated by Ayvag Plus s.r.o., Modrého 996/11, Vysočany, 190 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic, company number 28494024, VAT CZ28494024 (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is — and what it is not
The site publishes editorial information about consumer security software, funded by affiliate advertising. We sell nothing. We are not a shop, not a reseller and not an agent of any vendor. We take no payment from you, hold no account for you and process no order.
If you buy a product after following a link from this site, the contract is concluded exclusively between you and that vendor, on the vendor’s terms, governed by the vendor’s own policies on delivery, support, renewal, cancellation and refunds. Questions or complaints about a purchase must go to the vendor. We cannot cancel your subscription, change your billing or issue a refund, because we never received your money.
3. Information, not advice
Content on the site is general information. It is not legal advice, not financial advice and not a professional security assessment of your situation. Security decisions depend on circumstances we cannot see. Decisions taken on the basis of this site are your own.
We take care that content is accurate at the time of publication and we date every page. Software changes constantly. Where anything on this site diverges from the vendor’s own current published information, the vendor’s information prevails. Always verify features, prices and terms on the vendor’s own site before purchasing.
4. Affiliate links
Links marked partner link are commercial. Ayvag Plus s.r.o. may receive a commission from the vendor or its affiliate network on a resulting purchase. Your price is unaffected. You may read, print and share this site freely, including linking to it. You may not:
- copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the content without our written permission (short quotation with attribution and a link is fine);
- scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or attempt to circumvent any access control;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written consent, or interfere with its operation;
- frame the site so as to misrepresent its origin, or present its content as your own;
- use the content to train a model or build a derivative dataset for redistribution, without our written permission;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.

created for boricva.online and owned by Ayvag Plus s.r.o., protected under Czech Act No. 121/2000 Coll. on copyright
and corresponding law elsewhere. The SVG diagrams in /img/ were drawn for this site; no
stock photography or third-party image is used.
7. Trademarks

Microsoft, Windows and Microsoft Defender are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. macOS and iOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. Other marks belong to their owners. Ayvag Plus s.r.o. is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to any of them. Marks are used for identification only, in the descriptive sense permitted by law.
8. External links
The site links to third-party websites, both as sources and as partner links. We do not control them, we do not endorse their content by linking to it, and we accept no responsibility for it or for their handling of your data. Once you follow a link, that site’s terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic and by directly applicable European Union law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts there. Otherwise the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction.
